Before you reach out

Include the details that help the team diagnose integration issues quickly:

  • Whether the request used a sandbox key (rg_test_) or live key (rg_live_)
  • The endpoint and timestamp of the request
  • The order_id or payer ID involved
  • The response status code and error message
  • The SDK language and version, if you are using an SDK

Never send full API keys, patient data, or raw documents in support tickets unless your CrelioHealth support channel explicitly supports secure PHI exchange.
