Contact your CrelioHealth account or implementation team for API access, sandbox credentials, payer setup, and production rollout support.

## Before you reach out

Include the details that help the team diagnose integration issues quickly:

* Whether the request used a sandbox key (`rg_test_`) or live key (`rg_live_`)
* The endpoint and timestamp of the request
* The `order_id` or payer ID involved
* The response status code and error message
* The SDK language and version, if you are using an SDK

> Never send full API keys, patient data, or raw documents in support tickets unless your CrelioHealth support channel explicitly supports secure PHI exchange.

* Public API access at `https://public-rg-api.crelio.solutions`
* Sandbox and live API key provisioning
* API-key scopes such as `order:create` and `payer:read`
* Required payer setup before production order traffic
* Expected rollout checkpoints before switching from `rg_test_` to `rg_live_`
